  • Vendor Access: Unless otherwise specified in writing by the couple/clients prior to the event, vendors involved in the service will have free access to the photographs for portfolio and promotional purposes.

  • Responsibility Note: Vendors are entirely responsible for the use and care of any publications they make.

  • Online Galleries: Galleries on Pic-Time are maintained for a standard period of 6 months, after which they may be archived or removed.

  • Contacts: Contact data is kept in our database until the client requests its deletion. This data is used only for service provision and, occasionally, for sending relevant campaigns or promotions.
