Our clients' privacy is a priority, but the nature of social events (weddings and sessions) involves specific sharing rules:
Delivery to Client: Images are delivered directly to the contracting client. The client is responsible for managing access and sharing the link/password with guests, family, or friends.
Vendor Access: Unless otherwise specified in writing by the couple/clients prior to the event, vendors involved in the service will have free access to the photographs for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Responsibility Note: Vendors are entirely responsible for the use and care of any publications they make.
5. Data Retention
Online Galleries: Galleries on Pic-Time are maintained for a standard period of 6 months, after which they may be archived or removed.
Contacts: Contact data is kept in our database until the client requests its deletion. This data is used only for service provision and, occasionally, for sending relevant campaigns or promotions.
